When am I considered a start-up?

Company is not older than six years at ACHEMA 2024.
Did not arise from any other company or is a spin-off or subsidiary resp. does not belong to any group of companies.
We request a copy of the excerpt from the commercial register incl. the list of the certified proprietor(s)/shareholder(s) as proof to check.
The six years result from two ACHEMA cycles, i.e. whoever was founded in 2018 and later will receive the start-up special rate of € 235.00/m² at ACHEMA 2024.
The special rate of € 235.00/m² also applies to start-up companies that have been spun off from a university, if they are not older than six years at ACHEMA 2024.
The price applies to all stands (booths) without additional surcharges, no matter where it is placed, provided it has been admitted as a "start-up", plus statutory VAT.
